Look, nobody asks for rain on their wedding day. But there’s hardly a better place for it than Willowdale, with the gorgeous and cozy interiors and giant sailcloth tent. We made some lemonade out of the damn rain and had a great freakin time!!! As the first open weekend, nothing in this world was going to bring the party down a notch. Guests and vendors alike were eager and excited to get back on the dance floor and celebrate love.

One of my favorite moments of their day was at the beginning of the ceremony. As the flower girl and ring bearer walked down the aisle with their hands firmly clasped, they did not think the pole in the middle of the aisle would prevent them from continuing. They stood trapped momentarily before letting each other go. An adorable and hilarious start.

Bridget and Greg’s day was equal parts hilarious and emotional. They brought me out of my slumber from the past year, and I could not think of a more gracious or kind pair of people to do so. Always nice to see a few familiar faces as well.
